The brief

Let's Enjoy's customer doesn't live here: they're planning a trip to Panama from another country, with questions a Panamanian doesn't have —whether it's safe, what fits in three days, how you get there. That's why the site is entirely in English. And it's why the job wasn't a brochure: it was making sure that person could request a booking on their own, at any hour and from any time zone, without waiting for someone to answer WhatsApp.

What was built

  • Tour catalogue, each with its own page, price and availability
  • A separate page for custom tours
  • Booking requests that land straight in the client's spreadsheet
  • Calendar, gallery and frequently asked questions
  • 8 articles about travelling to Panama, for people still choosing a destination
  • Written in English, for the visitor arriving from abroad

The decisions

Anyone can list what they delivered. What a client can't judge on their own is whether it was decided well, so here's what was decided and why.

Bookings land where the client already works

In their own spreadsheet, the one they were already using. There's no new dashboard to learn and no extra password to remember, and the day they stop working with us the information is still theirs and still where it is.

The price doesn't travel from the browser

The form sends which tour and for when; the server looks the price up in the catalogue. Nobody can change what they're about to pay by editing the page, which is one of the first things people try when a site charges money.

A public form with no defences fills up with junk

It carries a hidden field only robots fill in and a cap on attempts per visitor. Without that, within a week the booking sheet has more spam than bookings and stops being read.

A daily check that tells us if the chain breaks

It's the least visible decision and the most important one: a form that stopped writing to the sheet looks exactly like a slow week of bookings. An automated check verifies every day that a booking makes it all the way through, so we find out before the client does.

Measurement

The site has lived on its own domain since September 1, 2026, and booking requests are already reaching its sheet. When there's a full quarter, the numbers go on this page, with the client's permission.
