Tours, lodging and services for travelers
Websites for tour operators
For businesses that sell to travelers coming from abroad: a site in English and Spanish that takes booking requests at any hour and leaves the customer relationship with you.
What a tourism website needs
In the traveler's language
Your customer plans from another country and searches in English. The site runs in both languages, with every page paired with its translation so Google shows each person their own.
Bookings at any hour
The request lands in your spreadsheet or your inbox while you sleep, with the tour, the date and how many people. Nobody has to wait for you to answer WhatsApp before they decide.
For people still deciding
Guides and comparisons for the traveler who hasn't picked a destination or a date. That's what brings visits from Google months before the booking, which is when they decide who to buy from.
Two tourism websites already live
Built for clients of ours, who allowed us to show them. Each one has its own page with what was built and why.
What it costs
It depends on how many tours you have, how many languages the site runs in and what happens with the booking. You know it in writing before we start, and half is only paid once the site is finished.
- A multi-page site, one page per tour or servicefrom $1,100
- With a catalogue, booking requests and two languagesfrom $2,500
- They're the same plans as always, counted for your line of business.See the full plans.
What operators ask us
Do you take a commission on each booking?
No. You pay for the site and, if you want it, the monthly Care Plan. Whatever you sell through the site is entirely yours: no percentage per booking and no platform in between.
Does the site take payment for bookings?
We don't process payments. The request reaches you with the tour, the date and how many people, and you charge through whatever you already use: bank transfer, PayPal or a payment link. That's deliberate: a payment gateway is another contract, more fees and one more thing that can break.
Does it help if I already sell on Viator, GetYourGuide or TripAdvisor?
Yes, and it doesn't replace them. It gives you a channel of your own for the traveler who already knows you or finds you on Google, without the platform's commission. Plenty of operators use both.
Do you work with operators outside Panama?
Yes. All the work happens over WhatsApp and video calls, and the site ends up in your name wherever you are: the domain, the hosting and every login. We're on Panama time, the same as the US East Coast in winter.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many tours you have and how many languages the site runs in. The date goes in writing in the proposal, before you pay anything, and half the price is only paid once the site is finished.
