The domain is registered in your name, you hold every login, and the Google Ads account runs on your card. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you take everything with you without asking us.
Half to start
50% when you approve the proposal, with scope, price and date in writing. The other 50% when the site is finished and you've reviewed it, before it goes live. You know the total before the first line of it exists, and there's no surprise invoice at the end.
