Syntropy

Systems and automations that give a business back control of its daily operation, instead of holding it together with spreadsheets and manual follow-up.

The brief

Syntropy doesn't sell code or install a tool and disappear: it embeds itself in a client's operation until the system runs on its own. That's a promise a business doesn't believe from just anyone at first sight, so the site couldn't be one screen with a contact button — it had to hold a full sales conversation, with the process, the results by type of operation and a diagnostic booking, all verifiable before anyone talks to a person.

What was built

  • Complete five-page site, live and working
  • A "How we work" page with the process in three phases
  • A "Results" page split by type of operation —e-commerce, professional services, logistics, outreach—
  • An "About us" page with the positioning stated outright
  • Diagnostic booking with Calendly embedded, without leaving the site
  • An email alternative for whoever prefers to write first

The decisions

Anyone can list what they delivered. What a client can't judge on their own is whether it was decided well, so here's what was decided and why.

Five pages, not a single screen

Landing, how the work is done, results, positioning and booking are five different questions from someone evaluating a B2B service, and each one gets its own page instead of sharing one with the rest. Nobody has to scroll through all of it to find the part that matters to them.

The diagnostic is booked without leaving the site

Calendly is embedded in the booking page itself, not a link that sends you to another domain. Someone who already decided to book doesn't have to open a new tab or lose track of where they came from.

Results, by type of operation

Instead of one generic figure, the results page separates the before and after by sector. A logistics business and a professional services firm don't have the same bottleneck, and the site doesn't show them the same case.

It says what it isn't, first

The "About us" page opens with three things Syntropy is not —an agency that sells code, a consultancy that hands over a report and leaves, a vendor that disappears after installing something— before saying what it is. It's a way of standing apart that risks sounding defensive if it isn't written well, and here it's set out so the visitor reads it in full rather than guessing it.
